The Early Bird Gets THE WORM!

I have been digging up a whole lot of Vintage Champion Basketball Jerseys from the mid 1990's lately and thought I would share one from the latest member inducted into The Hall.  From the "Bad Boys" in Detroit to the 3-Peat Dynasty in the Windy City, The Worm is well deserving of his Hall of Fame honor.  He was a monster on the glass, tracked down every loose ball, and even kicked a couple if you happened to be stationed too close on the baseline capturing that perfect frame.  The last time I saw The Worm play was at Kezar Pavilion in San Francisco in 2005 as a member of the Tijuana Dragons (ABA).  He shot two 3-pointers (both air balls), and finished the game with 2 points, 12 rebounds! Classic Rodman!

All...Day...I...Dream...About...Sex!

Every now and then I get this urge to put away my Nike and Jordan gear and go with a simple classic.  And by classic, I mean Original Vintage 1980's Blue Suede Adidas Gazelle's that were made in my homeland of Yugoslavia!  I haven't seen a pair this clean in a while, not bad for digging them up at a local Flea Market a couple of weeks ago.  The icing on the cake?  Digging up a Deadstock Original Vintage Adidas Polyester and Rayon Track Jersey from the 80's earlier this week!  All i need is some short shorts, royal blue piping tube socks, and a mustache and I will be in business.

I don't care what ethnicty you are, this Vintage Cross Colours tie-back hat is straight up dope!  I dug this gem up 2 weeks ago at one of my more "urban" thrift store locations.  The bill is extra long and has a clean red, black, and green colorway to it, but the highlight of this hat has to be the tie-back strings! Woven with multi-colored string, this hat just screams early 1990's Hip Hop! I didn't even get a chance to wear this bad boy...I already sent it off to Japan for the remainder of its life! As Leonardo DiCaprio would say, "T.I.A."

I am headed to Las Vegas for the weekend, so I only thought it was fitting that I put up some Vintage UNLV Runnin' Rebels threads from the Larry Johnson, Stacey Augmon, Greg Anthony and Jerry Tarkanian era.  Up top I have a Vintage Deadstock UNLV Runnin' Rebels Snapback from the early 1990's and also a Vintage UNLV Starter pinstripe button down jersey!  Remember what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas...except for herpes, that shit will come back with you! Changing fifteen hundreddddddddd!
