In 1993, the Golden State Warriors selected Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway with the third overall pick, quickly shipping him to Orlando in exchange for Chris Webber.  I still remember the hat exchange between CWebb and Penny like it was yesterday.  In honor of a successful NBA Draft last night by my Golden State Warriors, I decided to throw up some Vintage Draft Day Gems!  Hopefully Harrison Barnes sticks around a little longer than CWebb did.

Today I picked up a Deadstock pair of Vintage San Francisco 49ers khaki shorts to complete my 1980's Bill Walsh coaching fit!  Nothing like a Vintage 49ers Deep V Polo, a Sports Specialties Coaches Hat, and some real snug 49er thigh high shorts for the summer.  Long Live the 80's!

WEBB SIMPSON AND THE BIRDMAN!

Congratulations to Webb Simpson on his 2012 U.S. Open Crown at the Historic Olympic Club right here in San Francisco.  Birdies were hard to come by all week but he managed to find one on 18 during his trophy ceremony!  Today I dug out my Vintage 1987 U.S. Open Sweater, a real neck breaker at The "O" Club!

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to come across a brand new Vintage Ralph Lauren Polo Sport Basketball (still in OG Box) at a local Thrift Store.  The perfect piece to match my Vintage Polo Bear Basketball Crew Neck that I scooped up a few months ago.  Polo Sport and Basketball, a match made in Vintage Heaven!
