All The Other Kids With The Pumped Up Kicks...

Yes, I was one of those kids with the Pumped Up kicks!  Even when I was 6 years old I was rockin the latest heat!  My very first pair of hoop shoes were the Reebok Pump Twilight Zones...a pair that will forever hold a place in my heart.  Last year I was able to purchase 2 Deadstock pairs off a guy at a local Flea Market.  I almost shed a tear when I opened the box, PRISTINE!  Nothing like a trip down Memory Lane.  Who wears short shorts?

With the San Francisco 49ers off to a blistering 8-1 start, it's probably safe to invest your money in Gold... Gold Starter Jackets that is!  These bad boys are the hottest ticket out here in the Bay Area, good thing I have been stocking up for years!  And when it gets a little chilly at The Stick, invest in a super warm Vintage Game Face beanie (Helmet not for game use).  FAITHFUL!

The Pair That Started It All...20+ Years in the Making!

Every Sneaker Head has fond memories of their childhood, when sneakers were more than just a fashion statement.  Every Sneaker Head also remembers that very first pair of Kicks that jumpstarted their Sneaker Addiction.  For me, my very first pair of Nike Air Jordan's came in 1991 (White / Maroons).  I was 7 years old at the time!  Recently turning 27 this past October, I couldn't help but think that I have been a Sneaker Head for 20 years!  For your pleasure I put up a picture of me on Day 1 of my Sneaker Addiction!  A couple of weeks ago I dug up a Deadstock Original Vintage Nike Air Jordan VI Maroon Crewneck W/Tags, just a friendly 20 year reminder that I am still going strong!

Maybe The Wizard of Oz can explain what happened to the St. Louis Cardinals tonight in Game 4 of the World Series.  Just one night after putting up 16 runs in a video game like performance by Albert Pujols, the bats were a no-show tonight against Ranger's lefty Derek Holland.  The entire lineup managed 2 hits.  I'm dedicating this post to a man who could have gotten 3 hits tonight...and stolen a base, and start a miraculous double play!  Up today is a Vintage 1980's St. Louis Cardinals Starter Jacket...even The Wizard reps Sole Food SF!  Ozzie, Ozzie, Ozzie...

I do not know what I will do without an NBA Season this year!  No trips over to Oracle Arena, No Luxury Box for my Birthday, No Monta, No Steph, No Warrior Girls, No Nachos.  This is depressing for me!  If there aren't going to be any games to go to, I will just bring the game to me, BOOOM!
